During courses, participants will stay in a seaside hotel in the village and have their breakfast there. Usually this will be the Manadlaya (Tel 00 90 25 23 57 70 17), a very friendly family-run hotel right on the beach which even has its own swimming pool. The rooms have twin beds and a shower. Other meals will be served at our house.
An alternative hotel is situated in a secluded bay away from the village. This is a brand new hotel owned by friends, a Turkish/Japanese couple, and some of our guests will stay there. |

Lunch is served at our home. Our menus are mainly vegetarian (we sometimes include a little fish), but we are happy to cater for vegans as well. There are so many beautiful vegetable dishes in Turkish cuisine and peasant cooking that you'll never miss the meat. The vegetables brought to market grow so luxuriantly that they scarcely need chemical fertilisers and you will notice how full of flavour they are compared to supermarket produce
